Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Opened audio equipment, custom products, sale items, and consumables are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. For defective or wrong items, contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.
